Marketplace elevation guide
This agency workspace includes foundations used by leading travel marketplaces (Booking.com-style urgency rules, Expedia-style multi-item carts, Navan/TravelPerk-style policy and approvals).
### For agency staff
1. Open **Policy & cart** in the workspace to process approval requests.
2. Keep travel policies aligned with corporate clients (cabin class, hotel caps, approval thresholds).
3. Only show scarcity messages when inventory or fare expiry is real.
4. Process the approval queue within 24 hours.
### For developers integrating supply
1. Call `elev_evaluate_policy()` on B2B bookings before confirmation.
2. Use `elev_cart_open()` / `elev_cart_add_item()` for multi-vertical trips.
3. Create tax invoices with `elev_create_tax_invoice()` after paid company orders.
4. Optional: run a Node search orchestrator with Redis and post offers into the cart tables.
